It is understood by the owner / handler that every dog at CCK9A shall at all times be in the care, control, and custody of the owner/handler, who also agrees to assume full responsibility for the animal and it's actions at all times. I agree to hold harmless those conducting this training, of any claimfor the loss or injury which may be alleged to have benn caused directly or indirectly to any person or dog.  My dog is current on all vaccinations. I understand that all funds are non-refundable once tendered.
